"Brigitte was superb. She told the hotel that we were celebrating our anniversary and our first trip to see our daughter. We arrived to champagne and chocolates. On Thanksgiving, we received another plate of goodies. Entire staff was polite and responsive. Location is fabulous. The hotel is old, but maintained very well. We even got a thank you note from the housekeeper thanking us for the tip."

"Sheryl did a fantastic job in finding us a quality hotel at a very reasonable rate, right in the heart of Fisherman's Warf.

The staff in the hotel go out of their way for everything. It was a special occasion and many staff wished one of us happy birthday, not sure how they knew our group but they did. A Hyatt bottle of wine, glasses and delicious chocolates showed up the first night. Girls with wine and chocolate - perfect end to an evening.

Would recommend the hotel and Magellan to everyone and will use both again.

"We are loyal Kimpton people but have never stayed here before. It was a wonderful room, quite large in fact, because of the automatic upgrade to executive king. The location was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. And the staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking was a bit pricey ($45/day) since all we did was park the car, but I really can t complain because car was safe and valet staff wonderful. Absolutely great value. I will use Magellan again to book rooms and/or vacations"

The trip to San Francisco was superb. Campton Place is a great place to stay, at least for me. Hotel staff were very accommodating and extremely pleasant and nice. Good location. My room/suite was great. Many thanks to you for helping me and I intend to start with Magellan Vacations on future travel. Oh, and the weather in SF was superb.
