My husband and I would like to thank you so much for all your help in in finding our daughter Sarah and son-in-law Chris accommodation in San Francisco at such short notice. The accommodation at the Fairmont was fantastic, the staff really looked after them especially Anna, she upgraded them in a Tower Room for their first night which had fantastic views of the city. The second night they gave them an amazing suite with incredible views, they were breath taking, they could not belive the service they got from The Fairmont, compared with The Holiday Inn which they would give 1 star rating. The conciege were also so helpful, they would recommend this hotel to old and young people, and especially couples on their honeymoon. They had a fantastic time in San franciso and loved the city.

If ever in the future we need accommodation abroad, we will contact you direct Dana-Jo, our daughter Sarah, and son-in-law Chris have beautiful memories of their time in San Fransico and that is down to you finding them a gorgeous place to stay.
